Theater Engine L.L.C., a Vermont limited liability company (“us”, “we”, or “our”, “TheaterEngine”) owns and operates the website located at https://www.theaterengine.com (the “Site”) and related services. The Site and its functionality are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Service”.

The Service is an online promotional tool for individuals, production companies and venues working in the performing arts. It is also a database containing all past shows and show information entered into it. With enough information, TheaterEngine is a robust tool for finding the people and resources in any given area with links to their past and current work. For audiences, TheaterEngine is an online resource for information about upcoming shows, performing artists, production companies, and venues in any given area.

This page (this “Privacy Policy” ) informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data in connection with your use of the Service, and your rights and choices with respect to that data.

TheaterEngine may process your Personal Data because:

Corporate Transaction

If TheaterEngine is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred to a third party. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
